- Live Chat - is communication between AdamevePoker support employees and customers in real time. Live Chat provides you with solutions related to your questions in the shortest time. In order to receive detailed answer in short time, please, follow some rules, that helps to simplify the process of communication:
- First of all, when you start to communicate with AdamevePoker employee, please, specify your username, e-mail and language.
- Describe your problem in small details as possible.
- Do not hurry support with such phrases "Where are you?" "Soon?" etc. When you came into live chat and started to talk, AdamevePoker employee will not disappear until your problem will be solved. Be patient to wait for an answer. Support staff need some time to check data and write the answer.
- Try to be polite and patient. Any insult, rudeness, and other importunity directed against the AdamevePoker employee from your side threatens the suspension of communication in live chat. Your question won't be solved, moreover, your account may be closed.
- How to start playing at AdamevePoker?
- Prior to start playing at AdamevePoker you need to download and install to your PC our free Poker client. You can download our Poker client from our website by pressing Download Now button. Also at our website you can find easy to read step-by-step instruction on how to get started.
- How do I open my real money account at AdamevePoker?
- It’s easy! Registration takes only several minutes. When you're ready to get started at our real money tables, first you need to download and install our Poker Client. When the AdamevePoker software has been successfully installed to your computer, an AdamevePoker icon will appear on your desktop. Simply double-click on this icon to launch the AdamevePoker software and you'll be taken immediately to our Game Lobby.
After launching the application press “Login” button – the new window will appear. Then press “Sign Up” button and fill up the requested information such as:
- Choose your Nickname;
- Input your date of birth;
- Choose your player avatar;
- Input your valid e-mail address (this e-mail will be used to validate your registration);
- Choose your password;
- Press “Submit” button
After submitting your registration we will automatically send you a link in a validation e-mail - click on that link to validate your e-mail address and to finalize registration process. After your e-mail is validated you can login to AdamevePoker and start playing!
- I cannot download the software from your site – what should I do?
- If you are unable to download from the direct link on our site, it is possible there is a connection issue in between you and our servers or your Antivirus and Firewall are blocking the access to our servers. If you are still unable to resolve the issue please contact our 24/7 Customer Support Team for assistance.
Also please note in order to maximize the security level the latest version of Internet Explorer and other browsers do not allow to download the files automatically. Please notice that after pressing “Download” button the download notification line will appear at the top of the screen. Click this notification line and select “Download file”. Your computer will start downloading the application.
- I’m cannot receive e-mails from AdamevePoker.
- If you find that you are not receiving the confirmation e-mail promptly after submitting your inquiry we would suggest that you have a look in your Junk Mail folder. AdamevePoker does not engage in the act of sending unsolicited e-mails however some aggressive mail filters may mistakenly identify our e-mails as spam and treat them as such.
Also we suggest adding AdamevePoker into your Safe Senders list in your mail client. If you are still unable to receive any e-mails form us we suggest that you establish a web based e-mail account at either www.yahoo.com or www.hotmail.com and register this new e-mail address on your AdamevePoker account. You can register your new e-mail address on your AdamevePoker account by means of the edit button beside your e-mail address on record in the "My Account" tab in the Lobby screen.
- Can I register several accounts with AdamevePoker?
- In accordance with AdamevePoker End User Agreement each player can open only one real money account at AdamevePoker.
- I forgot my password – what should I do?
- AdamevePoker does not store your passwords as this is very sensitive information. That’s why we cannot send you your password. What you need to do is to reset your password manually by going to the Poker client Lobby, clicking on ‘Login’ and then on ‘Forgot Password’.
Enter your information and a new temporary password (which you need to change) will be emailed to your registered AdamevePoker email address. If you do so, and receive an error message, please contact our Angel Support department with your full name and address, as well as your AdamevePoker UserID, and we will help you get back in the game.
Whenever possible, you should always email us using the email address which has been registered and validated on your AdamevePoker account. This allows us to access your account information and give you the most accurate and prompt response.
- Can I change my password?
- Yes, at AdamevePoker you can change your password at any moment. In fact for the security reasons we recommend to change your password once in three month. To change your password follow these easy steps:
- Launch AdamevePoker client and go to “Cashier”;
- Select “Change password”;
- Enter your current and a new password;
- Then click "Change Password" button;
- Please don’t forget that you’ll have to use your new password next time you login to AdamevePoker.
- Can I change my nick name?
- At Adamevepoker, we allow players the ability to change their Player ID (name appearing at the poker tables) every 7 days. To do this, please visit the 'My Account' tab when logged on to the AdamevePoker software.
- What happens to my hand if I get disconnected while I am playing?
- If you are connected to the game server when it is your turn to act in any real money ring or tournament game, and you timeout by not acting within the allowable 25 seconds, your hand will be set to 'Fold to Any Bet' (this will cause you to check if the action is checked to you, or fold if there is action to you).
In a multi-table tournament, you'll be given more time to reconnect and when that time expires, your Extra Time will engage if you have money invested in the pot. At expiry of time in the Extra Time, you will be folded, except in the case of the final table at which players will be given up to 240 seconds to re-establish connection prior to being folded.
- Can I play for real money?
- Of course! Once you’ve accepted AdamevePoker End User Licensing agreement prior to playing for real money you need to make a deposit to your real money account at AdamevePoker. All available deposit options are listed in “Cashier” tab under “Deposits” section.
- How can I deposit money to my account at AdamevePoker?
- You can manage all your deposits and withdrawals from within our Poker client. First please launch AdamevePoker client and login, then:
- Go to “Cashier” Tab;
- Then select “Deposit” sub-tab;
- You will see a list of available payment systems which can be used to Deposit your funds to your real money account at AdamevePoker.
- Can I see Transfer history of my account at AdamevePoker?
- Yes, all the transfer history information you can find in “Cashier” Tab, select “History” sub-tab.
- Can I transfer money to another user, or receive a transfer?
- Yes, you can. To transfer real poker money on Adamevepoker to another player please follow these steps:
- Log on to AdamevePoker client and go to “Cashier” tab;
- From the “Cashier”, click on “Transfer” sub-tub;
- Input the recipient’s e-mail address and transfer amount;
- Press ”Submit” button.
Please note that all transfers are subject to our Security department approval, and may be subject to delay. In some cases, other information or confirmation may be required.
- Can I change my e-mail associated at AdamevePoker?
- Yes, you can. To change your e-mail associated at AdamevePoker please follow these steps:
- Log on to AdamevePoker client and go to “My Account” tab;
- Then click on “Account Details”;
A new window will appear with all your registration information including your e-mail address. Click “Change” button next to your e-mail address.
- Input your new e-mail address;
- Press “Submit” button to save the changes.
- You will receive the e-mail to your new e-mail address with confirmation link to confirm e-mail address change;
- Click this link and your e-mail change process will be finalized.
- Where can I see Hands outcome history?
- You can the Last played hand outcome by pressing "Last Hand" button which is located below the current hand number and can be clicked to provide an immediate review of the previous hand. You will also find the Hand History in text format, in the folder where you installed AdamevePoker located within your personal computer files or from the Poker client Lobby you can go to “Options” then select Game Files and make sure that “Save my Hands History” option is enabled. You can click “Open Folder” from where you can open the relevant hands history text file.
- I did not find the answer to my question in your FAQ – what should I do?

- Where can I see the current balance of my account at AdamevePoker?
- To see your account balance you need to launch AdamevePoker client and login and then go to “Cashier” Tab.
- How can I withdraw money from my account?
- To initiate your withdrawal, just follow these simple steps:
- Log on to AdamevePoker client and go to “Cashier” tab;
- From the “Cashier”, click “Cashout” sub-tub;
- Select a preferred processor (withdrawal method) for this withdrawal;
- Enter the amount you want to withdraw along with any other required account information and click “OK”
- Confirm your withdrawal amount and account information, and click “Submit“
If you funded your player account using a payment processor, you may choose to have your withdrawal credited to that processor.
For
security reasons, withdrawals will not be approved to new payment
processor accounts until at least one deposit has been made to
AdamevePoker using that account.
